The taquitos are a touch high in price, but that's honestly a very minor complaint. I like coming here for the music, and the people are lovely. If you like a weird mix of goth and Post-Punk, 80s music, shoegaze, indie, metal, trip-hop, and a few other things, then this is the place to go. People of all stripes hang out here. They also play films and have events. The people who run this place are lovely, and it's a nice watering hole to visit after work or if you're in the neighborhood. I strongly recommend this place and for good vibes and great company. They specialize in Mexican booze so stop by soon for mezcal, beer, and tequila. A review can't properly describe the good memories I have from here.
Excellent cocktails from a creative bartender, Damian. Test him on a Momday night. The vibe is totally chill and comfortable. The menu looks incredible: taquitos, beet chips and dips. Next time I'm coming hungry. You should too!

[Celiac - gluten free review] Cute indoor/outdoor bar vibe with open air windows. Great gluten free taquitos with vegan options - we got the butternut squash ones and the cauliflower ones along with the tomatillo salsa. We also had the mezcal margs which were delicious!
Great casual hang for good cocktails, excellent craft beer selection, and homemade taquitos. Their rotating “bubblers” which are pre mixed simple cocktails are dangerously good as is their on tap margs (watermelon mezcal marg... wow) and sangria. The service is some of the nicest and they definitely add to the casual, come as you are vibe. Not really a late night spot as they close around 11, but that’s the vibe they give off. In addition to the great bar service, the staff also curates a weekly food club which is a big box of locally sourced groceries. Some of the boxes I’ve enjoyed have been a DIY pork milanesa, Turkey mole, and pozole. Just a wonderful service to the community to be able to promote local farms and artisans. Check ‘em out!
Our favorite bar in Chicago, by far. Friendly and fun staff, great atmosphere, drinks and food. Always a good time, be sure to check out metal horror bingo on Tuesdays!
